What to include

Include the page or episode title, approximate time, device and browser, and a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, sensitive source documents, or authentication codes.

Account and data deletion

Open PODIFY Studio and choose “Delete account and data.” This removes the account’s PODIFY records and generated audio. If deletion does not complete, email support from the address on your account.

Accessible help

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from completing a task, tell us what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you on an accessible alternative.
