PODIFY Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and Speechify, Inc. when you access or use PODIFY. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity and must promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and fulfill your PODIFY requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the material you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use PODIFY to break the law; violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights; create deceptive impersonation or unlawful content; distribute malware; evade safeguards; probe systems without permission; overload the service; or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits.

AI-generated output

Scripts and audio are generated using AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review them before publishing or relying on them. PODIFY does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and does not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party claims.

Service changes and termination

PODIFY is offered as a generally available production service. We may update features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or address a material breach. You may stop using PODIFY and delete your account at any time.

Copyright reports

Send copyright concerns to support@vidifyads.com with your contact information, the work claimed, the material at issue, a good-faith and accuracy statement, and your signature.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, PODIFY is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Speechify, Inc. and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

Mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable local rights still apply. We may update these terms and will post material changes with a new effective date. Contact support@vidifyads.com with questions.
